What is your construction method?

Smart, dry construction (Smart Modular Construction). Full engineering design up front in BIM, modern materials such as STB panels and advanced insulation systems. Building takes place in a controlled factory environment and is assembled on site quickly, cleanly and precisely.

What's the difference between smart and conventional construction?

Conventional construction uses concrete, blocks and plaster, a long "wet" process with waste and noise. INOMOD smart construction: full BIM design up front, precise materials, a clean and fast build, with no compromise on quality.

Does smart construction meet building codes?

Yes. Our construction meets every Israeli building standard, with full supervision at every stage.

Is the home weaker than conventional construction?

No. STB panels and the industrialized wall and ceiling systems handle loads, and deliver insulation and sealing, at an even higher level than wet construction.

What is BIM?

Is this lightweight construction?

No. Lightweight construction is usually simpler. Smart construction is advanced modular design with quality materials, high precision and full supervision. They're not the same thing.

How long does it take to build a home?

30%-50% less time than conventional construction. Because everything is planned ahead in BIM, manufacturing runs in the factory in parallel with site preparation, with no dependence on weather.
